A direct buyer of operational data

Your company has been writing a second asset for years. We pay for it.

Lineagery licenses the working record of real businesses — the messages, tickets, files and CRM history produced while the work got done — and supplies it, anonymized, to AI labs. You deal with one buyer, pay nothing, and keep everything.

Three short questions. No fee, no commitment, and nothing leaves your systems until there is a signed offer.

How it works

From first question to funds in three steps.

1

Tell us what you run on

Pick the tools that hold your records, give us a few facts about the company, and create an account so you can follow the review. About two minutes.

2

We review, then we price

A reviewer reads an anonymized sample before we put a number on it. A written offer comes within one to two weeks, and the license is papered right after.

3

You get paid

Once the record is approved, anonymized and delivered, payment follows on net 30–60 terms. Money moves one direction: from us to you.

The deal

Every term, on one screen.

The structure is the same in every license we sign. Only the record and the price change.

Who buys
Lineagery. We are the counterparty. Nothing is listed, auctioned or brokered.
Size
$100K – $2M+, scaled to the depth of the record. Paid by us to the company.
Structure
A bounded license to defined operational data. Non-dilutive — no equity, no debt, no cap-table entry.
Your cost
Zero. No fee, no commission, no retainer.
Who qualifies
Any company with genuine operating history, in any sector or country. Bootstrapped, funded, or family-owned.
Timing
Written offer within 1–2 weeks of intake. Payment net 30–60 after delivery.
Anonymization
Names, emails, phone numbers, account numbers and addresses are stripped by an independent de-identification partner before anyone at Lineagery reads a line.
What you keep
The business, the data, and the right to keep using both exactly as before.
Common questions

What owners ask before the first call.

Do you buy the data, or sell it on our behalf?
We buy it. Lineagery is the counterparty: we license the record directly from the company that produced it, pay from our own balance sheet, and supply AI labs ourselves. Your name never appears on a listing and there is no third party to negotiate with.
What does it cost us?
Nothing. We are not your agent, so there is no fee or commission to deduct. The figure in the offer is the figure that arrives.
How much is a record worth?
Most licenses land between $100K and $2M, and larger or longer records go above that. Depth of history and the amount of visible decision-making in the record move the number far more than raw volume does.
When does payment arrive?
Net 30–60 after the data has been approved, delivered and anonymized. We review before we pay, which is why review comes first.
What happens to the data after you license it?
It is anonymized, assembled into training datasets, and supplied to AI labs within the bounds of the license. We do not disclose which labs receive which records.
Why a buyer instead of a marketplace?
A marketplace lists your company and takes a cut if something eventually sells. We give you one counterparty, a written offer inside two weeks, no listing fee, and nothing public.
What counts as operational data?
The everyday record of running the business: Slack or Teams history, email, shared drives, spreadsheets, CRM history, support tickets, design files, call recordings, accounting and ERP exports.
Is the data anonymized before anyone reads it?
Yes. An independent de-identification partner strips personal and customer identifiers before Lineagery or any lab sees the record. Nothing moves until that pass is complete.
What does the license cover — and not cover?
Defined systems for a defined term. It never covers data you hold on behalf of your own clients. You keep the business, the data, and the right to keep using it as before.
Can I talk to someone first?
Yes. Answer the three intake questions, then book a call straight after. Someone reads your answers before the call, so the call is shorter.
